Booking System Update
Bear with us, we’re only human
Right, confession time.
Remember when we said the new booking system was LIVE and everything was marvellous? It is. It was. Mostly still is. But — plot twist — not every show is bookable yet, because we’re currently working through the backlog of late Season Ticket holder seat allocations, all by hand. As in, actual clicking. One at a time. Like it’s 1997.
To make matters worse, we were completely without a booking system for the best part of a week while all this was being set up — so the backlog had a backlog. We know. We’re sorry. We got excited.
Where we’re up to:
- Some shows: booking online, living their best life.
- Other shows: waiting on Season Ticket seats to be allocated before they can go live.
- In-person Box Office: also queued up behind the same palaver — back to normal hours as soon as we’re through it.
- Your existing tickets: completely fine, untouched, safe. This is not that kind of announcement.
We’re getting through it seat by seat, show by show, and we can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. Everything will be live as soon as humanly possible — emphasis on humanly, because there is no AI wizardry rescuing us here, just sheer graft and possibly too much coffee.
So — watch this space, bear with us, and we promise it’ll all be worth it.
