On the final Saturday night of every SDC production
There is a gathering in the bar to celebrate the successful play with everyone invloved. Members of the Cast and stage crew don’t pay anything, all others pay just £2.00 for a wonderful light buffet. Everybody welcome.
Play Reading Group
The monthly meeting of the Play-Reading Group in its usual ‘first Wednesday in the month’ slot. All are welcome to come along if you wish to hear or read the play. This is not an audition!
These readings are for plays being considered for future production. Plus: PITCH-A-PLAY! Is there a play you would like to direct – or see performed – at the Little Theatre? Tell us, and pitch the play to us! We are open to all suggestions.
24 June – AGM
The AGM will take place in the main auditorium, 7.30pm
12 July – Open Stage Night
It is my hope that more members, especially newer members, will be inspired to take part in the next Open Stage Night on Friday 12 July. Why not get together with other member friends and find or write a sketch to perform; all contributions will be welcomed.
We plan to include a round of a popular panel game such as “Would I Lie to You” or “Just a Minute”. Another evening of in-house fun and entertainment is guaranteed so make a date in your diary and put your thinking caps on.
