Theatre Bar Manager (Part-Time) – Southport Dramatic Club
Location: Southport Little Theatre, Hoghton St, Southport, Merseyside
Salary: £13-£15 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
Hours: Part-time, variable hours (including evenings, weekends & occasional daytime events)
Southport Dramatic Club is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic Theatre Bar Manager to oversee the bar operations at our vibrant community theatre. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, ensuring high-quality service, managing stock, maintaining bar hygiene and equipment, and working alongside volunteers and club members.
Requirements:
Over 18 & Personal License holder
Minimum 2 years’ bar management experience
Strong bartending & customer service skills
Knowledge of licensing laws & health & safety regulations
Excellent organisational & interpersonal skills
Flexible to work according to theatre events
Benefits:
£13-£15 per hour
28 days holiday (pro rata)

A DBS check is required. This is a permanent post following a successful probation period of six months.
